Hi, thanks for visiting my website. My name is Sandy Matheson and I run Trinity WoodArt. I did some woodwork as a youngster at school but hadn’t done much since then. That is until I needed some props for a church activity in early 2018 and found out how expensive they were to buy and thought I could make them myself. So I bought a cheap scroll saw and did just that. I enjoyed it so much that I purchased a better saw and started to make things to sell at our church Christmas Fair. That went so well that a hobby developed that has become a small business to supplement my pension since retiring in 2022. I sell online through this website and you will also see me at craft fairs in the South of England, I tend to do fairs within about an hours drive of where I live in Locks Heath near Southampton.
You can view me working on my Hegner Scroll Saw here:
Since that start I’ve invested in more woodworking equipment including a thicknesses which enables me to purchase sawn timber which is less expensive or to use recycled timber.
I’ve also purchased a small CNC machine that enables me to produce plaques and the stacking wooden figure toys.
